Most items that are available on Messy Mansion are held in stock, and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified).
Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched.
International orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina USA. Domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in NSW, Australia.
If there is a problem with the item ordered we will contact you and send it out as soon as possible.
PREORDERS: If you purchase a pre-ordered item, shipment of your order will be delayed until the pre-ordered items arrive in stock, and all items will then be shipped together. If you wish to have the non-preordered items shipped immediately, please place 2 orders, one for the pre-ordered items and one for the items that you wish to ship now.
BACKORDERS: Our warehouse and website are automatically synced so that the website shows what is in stock at any given moment. Very occasionally there instances where we are unable to immediately ship your product. In this case, we will ship what is currently in stock and ship the remainder as soon as it arrives at the warehouse. No additonal postal costs will be charged to you in this instance.
Domestic Orders (Within Australia)
Messy Mansion offers regular and express postage options calculated by weight. Therefore, the more you purchase, the higher the postage charge. For packages < 500g:
Please note that we no longer offer express shipping. As we are in a rural location we have found that AusPost is not as reliable as between two metro areas and are therefore unable to guarantee delivery times for express posted items.
International Orders (Outside Australia)
Messy Mansion ships to the Americas, Europe, Asia and New Zealand, all orders are tracked.
Taxes and Duties
Prices on Messy Mansion are in US dollars as a base price. Estimates in AUD can be obtained on the website, however you will be charged in USD. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information, as we are unable to advise on possible charges.
Domestic orders or Registered Mail for international orders, a postage confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered to your Messy Mansion account.
Where is my package?
If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us via the contact form on our website. Please bear in mind that weekends and Public holidays do not count as business days.
If 2 or more orders go missing to the same address, we will request an alternative address (or PO box) or issue a refund on tracked orders.
We send to the address you give us. We are not responsible for the parcel if your information is incorrect or out of date. Please check carefully on the order summary that is supplied to you via email, to ensure that the address we are shipping to is the correct one. If you check out via paypal, our system will use the address you have indicated in Paypal.
