We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund or store credit (minus shipping charges). This is totally okay with us! We will gladly accept returns provided the items are unopened and unused.
There will be a $2.00 restocking fee applied to each item returned for a refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
There are no restocking fees applied to returns for store credit. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store. This is the best way to "exchange" an item since you can take your time to select an ideal replacement and place your order whenever you please.
The entire refund / store credit process takes between 3 to 7 business days following the receipt of the goods. If we have any questions or concerns with your request or items we will contact you by email.
